How to request deletion
Send an email to team@ofz.io with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please include:
- your name;
- the email address you used with Baka Glass (or the account / social login you used);
- if applicable, the company you work for.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of your request and may ask you to verify your identity. We then delete your personal data, including any data received through a third-party login or platform (such as Facebook), within 30 days, and confirm by email once this is done.
Some data may be retained where we are legally required to keep it, for example invoices and financial records under Dutch tax law. Such data is only kept for as long as required and is not used for any other purpose.
